My Confidence Style

The Achiever
You are capable. Reflective. Driven. You care about doing things well. You’ve likely done personal growth work already.
If you’re The Achiever
You understand confidence. You value discipline. And still — you may notice that consistency doesn’t always feel effortless. Sometimes your high standards can create quiet pressure.
Sometimes you know exactly what to do… but implementing it daily feels harder than it “should.”
You don’t necessarily need more information. You need rhythm and to remind yourself where you are doing well, the good you are accomplishing, and the people you are helping.
Sustainable habits that make confidence feel natural instead of overly stressful.
You don’t crack under a deadline – and thrive when you make the time to prioritize what’s most important.

The Explorer
You are curious and growth-minded. You like options, and the ability to make decisions on the fly when they are clear.
If you’re The Explorer
You think before you move. You want your decisions to reflect your values. That is wisdom. Sometimes you wait a little longer than you need to. You want to feel sure.
You want the green light. You want confirmation you’re doing the right thing.
You are not afraid.
You are intentional.
Your opportunity is trusting your preferences enough to move before everything feels perfectly clear. Confidence for you grows through action.
Not reckless action.
Just forward motion.
You enjoy travel and opportunities, but you enjoy when they are with the right people, not forced, and with the mix of scheduled activities and winging-it.

The Chameleon
You are thoughtful and aware. You can feel a shift in a room before anyone says a word.
If you’re The Chameleon
You care about people. You want harmony. That’s a beautiful strength. Sometimes, though, you adjust so quickly that your own preferences get quiet. You might say yes when you meant maybe.
You might feel confident in one space and unsure in another. You are not fake. You are adaptable. Your opportunity is learning to check in with yourself first. What do I think? What do I want? What feels aligned?
When you practice pausing in small moments, your confidence stops depending on the room. You don’t need to change who you are. You just need to share what feels meaningful, listen when there’s pressure to speak up, and enjoy the moments without comparison.

The Partner
You grow well in connection. Encouragement strengthens you. Accountability helps you stay steady with the right people.
If you’re The Partner
When someone walks alongside you who gets your goals, dreams, desires and values, you feel seen beyond measure. You move with more confidence. Your commitment grows. Sometimes when you try to do everything alone, your momentum dips.
You may feel strong one week and discouraged the next – hoping you could ‘just do it yourself.’ With the right partner(s), you stop focusing on what you ‘should’ be doing and take action with more flow, more confidence, more boldness.
You are a team player who likes to be supported while also providing the support to build others up in their dreams. Your opportunity is strengthening your pace, priorities and inner confidence when a solid partner is not right at your side.
Confidence becomes powerful when your inner-trust and your support system work together. You thrive with a team, visionary, coach, and/or friend that gets it.

The Self-Starter
You are ready. You feel the desire for growth, you move. You want more confidence in your daily life and maintain routines.
If you’re The Self-Starter
You don’t get stuck because you lack motivation, are weak, or lazy. You are stuck because there is too much noise, too many things you’ve committed to or ‘think’ you should commit to at this moment.
Too many options. Too much advice.
Too many starting points. Too exhausting!
Your opportunity is clarity. One step. Then the next. When you know where to begin, your energy rises quickly. You do not need hype. You need direction, momentum build by small, micro increases in progress, and regularly checking inward to ensure that the goal you’re starting truly lines up with your values and priorities.
The opportunity is to look at all you’re committed to now and see what still makes sense as you grow forward.
